Driver facing charges after crash

A 30-year-old driver will face Warwick Magistrates Court after a single-vehicle accident at The Glen at 10.15pm Friday.

Warwick police said the driver and three children in the vehicle at the time were not injured.

"The accident was near the bridge on the New England Hwy at The Glen," the police spokesman said.

The driver was arrested for drink driving (.17), dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and for not having a restraining device on one of the children.

There was also a report of delays for a short time on the westbound lanes at Cunningham's Gap late Friday night.
