Driver suffers minor injuries

A MAN will face court after being involved in a two-vehicle accident at the weekend.

The 56-year-old man from Grafton was travelling south along Wantley St when he allegedly failed to give way at the intersection with Grafton St and collided with an east-bound car.

Police and fire and rescue crews were called to the scene of the accident about 8am Saturday.

The driver of the second vehicle was a 38-year-old Warwick man.

The Grafton man was taken to Warwick Hospital with minor injuries.

He was given a notice to appear at the Warwick’s Magistrate Court for driving without due care and attention.
