Easy coconut cake
SO easy the kids could make it!
Ingredients:
- I cup coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- I cup SR flour
- 1 cup milk
Method:
- Mix together and bake in a loaf tin for 40 minutes at 180 C
- In a saucepan dissolve 1/2 cup sugar in 1/4 cup of whatever citrus juice you have at hand.
- Pour mix over baked cake that has been skewered all over.........Enjoy
