Elderly man injured by calf

A WARWICK ambulance crew have been called to a private property at Gladfield where a man has been injured by a calf.

A spokeswoman from Queensland Ambulance Services said the man was in his 80s and sustained a laceration to his leg as well as a head injury.

The incident occurred on a private property at Goomburra Rd at about 10.40am.

He was later transported to Warwick Hospital in a stable condition.
