Woman run over in Warwick backyard

UPDATE 4.30pm: A woman in her 60s was transported to Warwick Hospital this afternoon after being run over by a car in a Warwick backyard.

Paramedics attended the scene on Wantley St about 3.10pm.

A spokesman from Queensland Ambulance Services said the woman was transported in a stable condition with a foot injury.

INITIAL 3.30pm: A woman in her 60s is being assessed by paramedics at a house in Wantley St.

The woman reportedly has a injured ankle after a car rolled over her in the backyard of the residence.

It's unclear yet whether she will need hospitalisation.
