Events you need to be at this week...
THE A-grade preliminary final in Condamine Cup cricket in Warwick will be played at 10am on Sunday at Slade Park between Wheatvale and Rosewool Redbacks.
Sovereign Animals will play Railway Hotel Rebels at 12.30pm Saturday at Slade Park in the reserve-grade preliminary final.
Round 1 of JP Racing Dragfest will be at Warwick Dragway on Saturday and Sunday with 150 nominations expected. There are 100 nominations pre-entries which don't close until Thursday.
Competitors can also nominate on the day.
Morgan Park Raceway will be the venue for the first round of the Short Circuit Motor Sports Association Series this year.
Three rounds will be at Morgan Park and one at Carnell Raceway at Stanthorpe.
Warwick parkrun is at 7am Saturday at Queens Park.
The Cowboys will host four games of rugby league from 12.15pm Saturday with one game against Stanthorpe in second division and three against Kyogle. A-grade at 4.15pm.
Wattles will host Souths in games from 4pm Saturday with A-grade at 7pm.
The Warwick Redbacks will host the Cardinal Cup in Aussie rules at Warwick Credit Union Oval this weekend.
Club championships are also on in Warwick golf with rounds 1 and 2.
The final two rounds of the Allora golf championships will be played this weekend.
