Expect sunny skies during Christmas
MAKE sure your Christmas plans involve a red hat and sunscreen because it's going to be bright outside.
Weatherzone meteorologist Kim Westcott says Christmas in Warwick is going to be lovely.
"It won't be too hot, won't be too cold, won't be too wet and won't be too windy,” she said.
"It probably couldn't get much better actually.”
Sunny skies are expected on Monday 24, with a top of 29 degrees and a low of 13.
Christmas Day falls on a Tuesday this year and should be a perfect summer day with a top of 31 and low of 13.
Boxing Day is also expected to be sunny with a top of 31 and low of 13.
"Humidity isn't even uncomfortable with a range of 24-45% all three days,” Ms Westcott said.
Although it has been a wet and windy fortnight, less than 1mm of rain is forecast to fall during Christmas week.
There is nothing but blue skies to look forward to.
Temperatures should start to cool in Warwick on the weekend, just in time for Christmas.
Our hottest December day on record occurred in 2013 when a high of 40.4 was recorded.
Ms Westcott said the high temperatures aren't uncommon for Warwick which has had a 2018 December average of 31.5
