Extremes normal for our autumn
IT MAY surprise Warwick residents but the seemingly hot maximum of 26 degrees on Sunday was only one degree above the April average.
The mornings are proving cool however, with Warwick recording only 5 degrees yesterday, six below normal.
Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Michael Paech said the forecast was for fine and mostly sunny weather for most of the week.
"There is a very outside chance of a late afternoon storm on Thursday," he said.
The temperatures today and tomorrow are predicted to be a minimum of 8 degrees, reaching a glorious maximum of about 26 again.
Morning temperatures aren't expected to drop until Saturday so another week of frost-free autumn is on the cards.
