Fatal crash accused to face court

THE Victorian woman accused of killing a Tenterfield woman and seriously injuring her two daughters in a crash at Stanthorpe earlier this year is due to front court again next week.

Bronya Schoner, 36, will appear in Warwick Magistrates Court on Monday via video link from jail, where she has been since her arrest in February.

She is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing grievous bodily harm.

Defence counsel for the woman told the court last week it was possible the matter would soon be handed up to the District Court.
