Fatal crash on a property in the Warwick area

A 45-year-old Warwick man has been killed in a trail bike crash on a large property on Cullendore Rd, Murray's Bridge, at 6.30pm Saturday.

The man and another man were riding on the property and the second man came across the crash scene within five minutes of its happening and called emergency services.

Senior Constable Nathan Thomson, of Killarney police, said the man who was fatally injured hit a tree while riding his bike.

"He died at the scene. The Forensic Crash Unit was on the scene last night and a report has been prepared for the coroner," Sen. Con. Thomson said.

"There were no suspicious circumstances."

The Queensland Ambulance Service treated the man at the scene for critical injuries.

A unit from the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service was also on scene.
