Fine for stolen property

ACCEPTING stolen goods from a mate has landed a Tannymorel man in court.

Police uncovered a stolen spray tank and boom hidden in the garage at Ricky Scot Bradford's property on April 20.

The Warwick Magistrates Court last week heard the items and a quad bike had been stolen from Killarney property earlier that month.

When interviewed by police, Bradford told the officers he had received the items from a former Killarney resident and he suspected they were stolen.

The 27-year-old last week pleaded guilty to possessing tainted property and was fined $400.
