Fitting names needed for cute cubs

DARLING Downs Zoo co-owner Stephanie Robinson is keenly awaiting more suggested names from the public for the two new star attractions at the Zoo.

The male seven-month-old and female six-month-old white African Lions arrived at the zoo at Pilton last Thursday night and they have settled in well at their new home.

So far the Daily News has received some great ideas from Southern Downs residents with suggestions like Ghost and Shadow from one reader.

Another resident contributed Zarah and Bingle or Taminka and Talitha and two-year-old Isabella Sullivan thought Olga and Jasper would be a good fit.

If you think you have a great idea for a name to suit these two adorable cubs email them to editor@warwickdailynews.com.au.
