Southern Downs Leadership Forum for rising stars

SENIOR managers and emerging leaders will have the opportunity to hear from a number of local leaders at next week's Southern Downs Leadership Forum.

Southern Downs Regional Council CEO David Keenan said the Southern Downs Leadership Forum provided a great opportunity for present and emerging leaders to be inspired and gain knowledge from other leaders within the community.

"I would certainly encourage all senior managers and emerging leaders in the Southern Downs to come along to the forum, which offers a platform to build relationships between leaders in the community, and the opportunity for both professional development and the establishment of mentoring pathways," he said.

The forum will focus on sharing experiences and management practices that relate to creating exceptional workplaces, innovation, ethical decision making and financial sustainability.

The forum will be held at the Warwick Town Hall on Thursday, November 12 from 7am-8.30am.
