GALLERY: Huffed, puffed, chuffed - but not too sore to smile

TIRED legs, burning lungs and the feeling of sweet relief swept over cyclists that crossed the finish line of the toughest race on the Queensland calendar - the Cunningham Classic.

Hundreds of riders braved hard-core slopes, powerful cross-winds and lengthy sprints to make it to Warwick's Victoria St yesterday afternoon.

But the photos are proof that cyclists can still look charming when they're totally spent.
