A 12-YEAR-OLD girl has been airlifted to Miles Hospital after a car accident that left her unconscious.

The girl was travelling in the car with her mother and father on Sunday, December 18.

She was knocked out on impact and suffered minor injuries and bruising to her cheek.

LifeFlight's Roma-based Surat Gas Aero-Medical Service (SGAS) transported the patient, along with her mother, to Miles Hospital.

She is in a stable condition.
