Go home... no really. Leave work on time for once!

STOP checking those emails and get ready for a quick exit. Today is national 'Go Home on Time Day'.

The day aims to raise awareness of a positive work-life balance, something which apparently not enough of us have.

Just four years ago,  Australians were on average working 2.5 hours more a week than they would have liked.

The study also found that 46 per cent of people are expected to work longer hours with job insecurity and pressure from employers being sited as the main reasons for staying back late.
