UPDATE 3.17PM: A 63-year-old truck driver was able to walk away from the cabin of a B-Double that rolled on the Gore Hwy near Pittsworth.

Police said fatigue was a possible contributing factor in today's crash between Southbrook and Pittsworth.

Pittsworth police officer Senior Constable Stephen Johnson said the eastbound truck left the highway about 8am.
Snr Const Johnson said the driver was lucky to get out the cab with only a few scratches.

"He didn't go on the other (side of the road) and didn't take anyone else out," Snr Const Johnson said.

The refrigerated trailers were fully-laden with produce.

An overtaking lane was closed but traffic continued to flow in both directions.

UPDATE 9AM: The driver of a B-double that has rolled on the Gore Hwy south of Toowoomba is being treated at the scene by paramedics.

The man, aged in his 60s, is believed to have escaped the crash with only minor injuries.

The trailer of the truck has overturned, but the prime mover remains upright.

One lane of the highway has been closed, but traffic continues to flow.

Emergency services have called for a crane to right the overturned trailer. It is expected to take at least two hours to clear the crash wreckage.

The crash took place at 8.30 this morning between Pittsworth and Southbrook.

8.30AM: A truck has rolled on the Gore Hwy south of Toowoomba, forcing authorities to close one lane.

The B-double crashed about 8.30 this morning between Southbrook and Pittsworth.

Emergency services are on their way to the incident. 

Motorists are urged to drive with caution in the area.

It is unknown what the truck was transporting.
