
Hospital death of crash victim leads to investigation
POLICE are investigating after a man died in hospital today following a single vehicle crash at Ballandean on June 9.
Initial investigations indicate the vehicle the man was driving crashed into a tree on Eukey Road around 12.30pm on June 9.
The 59-year-old man from the Glen Aplin area was initially taken to the Stanthorpe Hospital. He was later transferred to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where he died today.
Investigations into the crash are continuing.
