Rob Black to grace Rose City stage
COUNTRY music lovers, make sure you head to Rose City Shoppingworld this weekend for a special one-off concert.
Country music sensation Rob Black will perform to shoppers tomorrow as part of Santa's Arrival at Rose City Shoppingworld.
Rob has been described by country great, Lee Kernaghan as "one of the hottest singer guitarists to rock Australian country since Keith Urban".
This acknowledgement has been justified with Rob performing to rave reviews as country festivals such as The Gympie Muster, Mud Bulls and Music and the QUT Urban Country Music Festival.
He has also toured with some of Australia's biggest names in country music including playing alongside Dancing With The Stars winner, Adam Brand.
As part of this year's "Country and Outback Australia" theme for Rose City Shoppingworld, Rob will perform John Williamson's well known "True Blue" as well as a number of his own songs.
"Warwick seems to be a town that is always on the radar, with the rodeo and other events," Black said.
"I definitely couldn't pass up the opportunity to perform here.
"Being a country music performer, I love getting out to those smaller places because when something comes to town people really support it."
Festivities will kick off from 11am tomorrow outside Big W, where Santa will be joined by other Christmas characters.
