CREATING tasty food free of gluten and grain is easy.
Founder of the award-winning Husk and Honey Cafe in Nambour, Tania Hubbard, shares her tips and tricks in her new cookbook, Gluten-Free Grain-Free Food We Love.
Her latest cookbook is packed with mouth-watering recipes, information about stocking a gluten- and grain-free pantry, label-reading and more.
Ms Hubbard has built a strong following with discerning foodsters and her mouth-watering food is well-known across the Sunshine Coast.
She said she thoroughly enjoyed helping others on their path to healthy eating and showing them how easy it was to live a lifestyle free of gluten and grain.
"My food isn't just for coeliacs and those with grain and gluten intolerances," Ms Hubbard said.
"It's for everyone and anyone that wants to enjoy nutritious and wholesome cooking that tastes great."
She will also make a guest appearance at the Portside Food and Wine Festival at the Fraser Coast on June 9.
Tania will showcase her cookbooks and bake@home range of goodies, and hold cooking demonstrations
"I will be demonstrating how to make my incredibly versatile chickpea flat bread and yummy chocolate chia cake, two recipes from my cookbook," Ms Hubbard said.
"I am also excited to showcase my new bake@home bread pre-mix to make it even easier to cook great-tasting, gluten-free, grain-free and yeast-free food in the comfort of your own kitchen," she said.
The Portside Food and Wine Festival brings together culinary delights from across the Fraser Coast region.
"I am excited to be part of the festival and experience some of the local produce available for myself," the Sunshine Coast foodie said.
The festival will be held on June 9, at the Mary River Park Parklands and Wharf St.
