Huge response to Scots mixed touch competition

EIGHTY children have already signed up for the Scots Junior Mixed Touch Competition this season.

Prospective players have a second chance to sign-up on Friday, September 12, from 4.30pm-5.30pm at the Scots PGC P and F Pavilion at Briggs Oval.

After attracting massive interest in their first two seasons, touch organisers have extended the competition to both term 4 this year and term 1 next year.

Competitions will be played in five age groups on Saturday mornings with organisers putting players in the under-6, U8 and U10 age groups into teams.

Both team or individual nominations are welcome for the U12 and U14 competitions.

Each team must have a minimum of 10 players and three girls must be on the field at all times.

Registrations at Briggs Oval today or on www.trybooking.com/FWZC.

The cost is $60 per child, with discounts for two or more children per term.
