It’s fun for all ages at annual charity event
FEATURING heavy horse demonstrations, farming demonstrations, old machinery, vintage cars and so much more, Mick Bradford's annual Heavy Horse Demonstration Day is not an event to be missed.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the event, which is held at Mr Bradford's family farm at Yangan.
Mr Bradford said he loved the chance to show others what the horses were capable of and how farming used to be done when he was a young man.
Each year he donates all the money raised from the event to RACQ Careflight.
Mr Bradford has spent the past three weeks preparing for the event and ensuring all the machinery is in working order.
As well as the heavy horse demonstrations there will also be a blacksmith working on site, old tool displays, a jumping castle and more than 20 market stalls.
Guests will not go hungry either with an ice-cream stall, camp oven stews and roast sandwiches available on the day.
The event starts at 9am tomorrow at 122 Swanfels Rd, Yangan - just 15 minutes from Warwick. Entry is just $10.
