Junior hockey fun days some of the events of the week
THERE will be round-robin games and plenty of drills and fun at the Warwick Hockey Association fields on Friday.
Teenagers will be catered for from 10am-3pm on the day and players new to the sport are most welcome.
Cost is $10 and there is no need to register.
A hockey clinic this Thursday will be for children aged eight to 12 keen to be part of a day-long list of activities, including hockey coaching and a swim at WIRAC. Register atwww.try booking. com/339782.
The 224th weekly Warwick parkrun will start at 7am Saturday at Queens Park down from the rugby union oval. All runners and walkers welcome for two 2.5km laps.
Last Saturday, numbers were back from the regular 60-70 to 55 due to the heat.
