OPINION: Just do what you can
YOU never know when life is going to give you a cruel belting.
A blow you not only never expected but one from which you may never recover ... unless someone who cares steps forward and offers you a hand up.
Well, the family of much-loved Warwick cricket legend Wilfred "Wilf" Brown has been dealt a mighty blow and it's one that has resonated throughout the Warwick community.
WARWICK RALLIES TO AID BROWN FAMILY
The family lost its husband and father who was tragically killed in a house fire early on Anzac Day and the blaze also took their life's possessions.
Wilf was one of Warwick's cricket legends and a former Queensland representative player.
Today this newspaper is proud to stand alongside those who feel that this family needs a hand up.
We hold in front of you details of a public appeal that seeks to make indescribable pain a little more tolerable by giving at least some of life's necessities to a shattered family that has lost everything.
Do what you can ... please.
