Nocon faces manslaughter charge
PETA Airini Nocon will stand trial for manslaughter in January or February.
The trial dates were discussed in the Supreme Court, Rockhampton, yesterday as Justice Duncan McMeekin handed down a decision on what evidence would and wouldn't be used at trial.
The Boyne Island teen is pleading not guilty to the alleged slaying of her 19-year-old boyfriend Dylan James Scattergood.
Nocon, who was 18 then, allegedly stabbed Mr Scattergood at a Boyne Island address on August 13, 2009.
