Land release offers new outlook

A RECENT land release from Dight's Farm has a new residential estate on the horizon for Warwick.

Rosenthal Park is the name given to the 130 acres under development off Dight Rd.

Southern Downs Realty sales consultant Ben Lubben said a masterplan has been lodged to transform the land into 49 rural residential lots.

Mr Lubben said he was pleased with the response so far, having already received three expressions of interest on the first of these lots.

"The first stage is underway, and we are taking expressions of interest on the first 18 blocks ranging from 1 to 2.7 acres, starting from $115,000" he said.

Mr Lubben said the adopted name of estate, Rosenthal Park, would be reflected in the aesthetic of the area.

"The idea is to have a park-like feel," he explained.

"The land has been selectively cleared to be very clean and tidy and we have retained the biggest trees."

Mr Lubben said building covenants on the estate would give buyers the freedom to build their dream home while maintaining an aesthetic consistency among the properties.

"We want all new materials and will accept a range of designs from Queenslander's to Contemporary style homes, and we do have a minimum house size," he said.

"We want to help people ensure their properties have the best value and sellability."

Mr Lubben encouraged interested buyers to get in early and make a deposit.

"It will give them the first option to buy when we start drawing up contracts in October," he said.

Expressions of interest are now being taken for the first 18 lots at Rosenthal Park.
