Lane Grayson has two placings

WARWICK area riders are doing brilliantly in the National Rodeo Association finals.

Lane Grayson, from Swanfels, has been leading the way in saddle bronc with a third in round 1 of the finals at Dayboro and a win last weekend in Toowoomba.

The final round is tonight at Caboolture but Grayson has too much ground to make up to win the title so will have to be happy with a likely second. He is a strong chance for the finals buckle decided over three rounds.

Michael Maher and Peel Tribe each have a fourth in saddle bronc during the finals series.

In the rope and tie, Warwick ride Wade Eastwell won at Toowoomba and is one of three brothers placed three to five in the standings, Wade, Brock and Mitch Eastwell each have between 800 and 840 points in the standings.

Last weekend, Jeff Miller recorded a first in team roping; Tahnee Small won junior breakaway and leads the standings while fellow Warwick rider Kobe Miller was fourth in the same event in Toowoomba and is fourth in standings

Julie Small was third in breakaway roping in Toowoomba and is fourth in the standings.

Well done to all the NRA competitors for flying the Warwick flag high around the countryside.
