LAST CHANCE: Join the Killarney Christmas comeback
KILLARNEY and district residents have until 5pm today to nominate their Christmas lights display in the Killarney Christmas Lights Extravaganza.
There are about 50 houses in Killarney and Tannymorel with Christmas lights set up.
Bob and Bonnie Bell in Oak St Killarney have another splendid display of lights changing to music.
Nominations cost $5 and can be made at the Killarney Newsagency.
All nominations go in the draw for the chance to win vouchers donated by the Killarney Co-op, Pacific Seeds and Warwick Credit Union.
The Killarney Lions Club, which co-ordinates the Killarney Christmas Lights Extravaganza would
like to thank the Killarney Co-op and Pacific Seeds
who donated seven $50 vouchers and the Warwick Credit Union for the donation of the seven $25 passbook accounts for the prize draws.
All nominations then go into the major draw for $200 worth of vouchers at Killarney business houses.
This year marks 24 Years of Christmas Lights in Killarney, with the Killarney Co-op, Pacific Seeds and Warwick Credit Union sponsoring the event for the past 24 years.
