CAMPDRAFTING: After winning last year, Clermont rider Rohan Marks has a share of the lead in the Black Toyota Canning Downs Campdraft after all 590 combinations completed round 1.

Marks won last year on Cowboy and is sitting with four other riders on 91.

Marks scored 91 on Repeater on Wednesday, one of two 91s early in the afternoon.

Maffra (Victoria) rider Michael Hiscock also scored 91 on Magic Bar.

They have joined Jackie Knudsen (Chinchilla) riding Barister, Laine Bennett (Wee Waa) on Durkin's Ranger and Zane Habermann (Springsure) on Miss Swift on 91.

Knudsen won the Canning Downs Campdraft in 2008 and will be a great chance this year if she can record two more scores close to 91.

Goondiwindi rider Terry Hall, who has won both major drafts in Warwick down the years, is one of 23 riders on 90.

Hall has 90 on Hazelwood Romantic Spin in the Canning Downs Campdraft and 88 on the same horse in the Warwick Gold Cup and is at almost unbackable odds to make the second round in both campdrafts.

Round two starts at 7am Friday on what will be the latest start on any of the seven mornings of this week's campdrafting.

The final will be at 2pm Saturday, the second final of the day.

The first round and final of the Frasers Livestock Transport Stallion Campdraft is on Saturday morning.

Second division and junior rodeo events will be held between some of the campdrafting action on Saturday and Sunday at the Warwick Rodeo.

The four rounds of Warwick Rodeo APRA National Finals action will all be in sections with all events in the one block, 6pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 2pm Sunday.
