Lions Club raffle winners announced

WINNERS in the Lions Club Stanthorpe Santa's Sack have been drawn, with the winning tickets drawn on Saturday, December 10.

Robyn Rose was the lucky major prize winner, taking home a prize worth an excess of $1500.

Second prize of a ham and turkey valued at $150 was won by Peter Freeman with ticket No 3518, and third prize of a ham and turkey valued at $100 went to C. Yates with ticket No 928.

Santa Sack chairman Lion Pat Keogh and Lion Graeme Reilly would sincerely like to thank all those that supported the Stanthorpe Lions Club by purchasing tickets in the Santa Sack.

Also the sale of Lions Christmas cakes was well received.

Funds from this project will be dispersed locally.

The Lions Club also sends a big thank you to all the local businesses for their continued support and to Rob Cattarin for allowing the use of his premises to safely store the sack.

A Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Rob at the drawing of the raffle.

Thanks to all the Lions and partners who gave up their valuable time to sell tickets in what has been another successful fundraising project for the Stanthorpe Lions Club.
