THE annual Warwick RSL Memorial Club Race Day will be held on April 1 at the Warwick Turf Club track at Allman Park.

The feature event of the day will be the Long Tan Cup.

Members of the Warwick RSL Memorial Club will have free admission to the races.

Bikes first up

WET weather has slowed progress on finalising work at Morgan Park Raceway.

The first racing on the new $1.2 million re-surfaced track is set to be the Motorcycle Sportsmen of Queensland meeting on April 1-2.

Another round of the Australian Superbike Championships is scheduled in Warwick on August 26-27.

The motorcycle track days on April 22-23 are already over-subscribed.

A Porsche meeting set down in March will be re-scheduled later in year.
