Magic lemon cordial
REFRESHING lemon cordial - tastes great and so easy to make.
Ingredients:
- 2cups sugar
- 2cups water
- 2tsp citric acid
- 2tsp lemon rind finely grated
Method:
- Put sugar and water in microwavable jug
- Microwave on high for two minutes
- Stir until all sugar is dissolved
- Add citric acid and lemon rind - stir
- Bottle when cool - store in fridge
- To use: 1 part cordial ; 3 parts water
