Body of missing Wrights Creek man found

UPDATE 11.54AM: The body of a 50-year-old man reported missing from Wright's Creek has been located in the area this morning.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.

EARLIER: POLICE and SES are continuing to search the Wrights Creek area today for a 50-year-old missing man.

Brett Johns was last seen at a Harris Road residence around 7.45pm on December 31, 2015.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.

Brett is Caucasian, between 175cm and 180cm tall with a proportionate build, grey hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a dark-coloured T-shirt and black shorts
