Man caught over the limit, unregistered, uninsured

A 25-year-old Harlaxton man has been caught riding a motorbike while three times the limit, without wearing a helmet, and with no lights on.

Police say the bike he was riding was also defective, uninsured and unregistered.

Police intercepted the rider on Costellos Road, Upper Lockyer just after midnight on New Year's Day.

The man is due to appear in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on January 24.
