Man critical after car crashes into tree
A MAN was airlifted to Brisbane with serious head injuries after his car collided with a tree at Tannymorel just before 10am on Saturday.
The Rescue 599 helicopter transported the driver, believed to be aged in his 50s, to the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
He arrived in a critical but stable condition.
A police spokesman said it was unclear at this stage what caused the crash.
