Moderate flood warning issued for Condamine River at Warwick
THE Bureau of Meteorology have issued a moderate flood warning for the Condamine River.
Minor to moderate flood levels are occurring along the condamine river downstream of Warwick through to Loudon Bridge.
No significant rainfall has been recorded across the Condamine and Balonne River catchment since 9am Sunday but a severe storm is currently moving through Warwick from the east.
The Condamine River at Pratten is currently at 4.24 metres and falling.
The river level at Pratten is expected to remain below the minor flood level (5m) during Monday.
The Condamine River at Tummaville is currently at 6.43 metres and steady.
A minor flood peak is expected at Tummaville by this evening.
The Condamine River at Cecil Plains is currently at 4.74 metres and rising. The river level at Cecil Plains will likely peak around minor flood level (6m) during Tuesday.
