THIS weekend the Warwick Men's Shed will host a monster garage sale with donations from the community.

The 31 members of the Men's Shed organisation have been busy collecting and restoring a variety of donations from the community ranging from children's toys to chainsaws.

President Roy May said money raised on the day would be put straight back into the community.

"We've recently sponsored a junior team at the Eastern Suburbs Junior Rugby League Club," he said.

"Parents come and drop off donations and that's how it all grows from there."

A silent auction will be held for a rocking horse restored to its former glory by members of the Warwick Men's Shed.

Shed manager John Nohlmans said it was anyone's guess what would sell on the day.

"It's always surprising what does sell," he said.

"One bloke's trash is someone else's treasure."

New members are always welcome to join the Warwick Men's Shed.

Anyone interested in joining and giving back to the community can phone secretary Ian Stevens on 0490 170 569.

The monster garage sale begins at 7am tomorrow on the corner of Glen Rd and Tooth St.
