Warwick Daily News in the spirit of the Biggest Morning Tea

THOSE who came to share a cuppa with the Daily News crew yesterday morning helped to raise $725 for cancer research.

Your local newspaper hosted a Biggest Morning Tea, with the help of Steele's Bakery Cafe and Cancer Council Warwick branch volunteers who manned the snag-sizzling and raffles.

The morning was also the launch of our 150th anniversary year, with the big celebrations happening in November.

The longest-serving past employee of the Daily News/APN Ron Bryant was on hand to cut the 150th celebration cake, beautifully made and donated by Steele's.
