Motorbike catches fire at the Eight Mile

A PASSER-BY managed to extinguish a motorbike that caught fire at the Eight Mile intersection this morning.

A spokesman from Queensland Fire and Emergency Services said one crew from Warwick was called to the scene about 7.15am.

But the fire had been put out by the time the crew arrived.

Warwick Police said the motorbike had fallen off a trailer.

No one was injured during the incident and the fire crew left the scene about 7.35am.
