Netballers represent Warwick

FOUR teams from the Warwick Netball Association left by bus for Maroochydore yesterday to play in the state age championships this weekend.

The 15 years Warwick team will play five games on Saturday, four on Sunday and two on Monday.

Each team will have a similar program.

Most of the Warwick teams are almost identical to the teams playing in this season’s Darling Downs Inter-district League.

Teams had their final hit out for the state titles last Sunday when Gatton hosted a round of the regional league.

Warwick hosted round two of the league.

Warwick teams are at the top of the table in many inter-district age groups which augers well for the area’s chances this weekend.
