New app lets you take cheap shots at Abbott and Rudd

AN AUSSIE app developer has created an app to get you through your election rage.

Abbott vs Rudd is a fun little election app that lets you throw sandwiches, shoes and bouncy balls with the Australian flag on them at the two major party leaders.

The app features animated Rudd and Abbott debating each other in 3D. The app even uses real voice recordings of the leaders.

The user's job is to hit each candidate with as many shoes, sandwiches and balls as you can handle by swiping your finger in the direction of either Rudd or Abbott.

The more cheap shots you land, the more points you earn.
