New look Warwick Daily News website expands coverage

THE Warwick Daily News website is the first place locals go for breaking news.

But we want it to be much more than just that.

We are expanding our online coverage of community news and things to do to ensure Warwick  is one of the most connected places in Queensland.

And there's even more to come.

Each month, the Warwick Daily News publishes more than 400 stories, hundreds of photos and dozens of videos.

Throughout the day, the site is continually updated with breaking stories.

At least four times a day, new stories are being added to keep our readers better informed than they have ever been.

We've also introduced a daily watercooler piece to encourage discussion on the national story that everyone's talking about.

But we have even more changes in the pipeline.

A revamped Local Life page will better showcase community news, social and wedding photos, local opinions, and your stories.

And we want you to be part of the community story-telling, through our Your Story platform - www.warwickdailynews.com.au/your-story.

We are keen to hear about your school's success stories, the vital work of community organisations, junior sports stars and unsung heroes.

And we're keen to hear your views on local issues - whether it be council, development, the city's heritage, employment, business and the like.

Your Guide to Things to Do

Our Things to Do page is also undergoing changes with greater coverage of local events.
Each week, you will find things to do for kids, your guide to the weekend, as well as our getting out information on boating, camping and fishing.

You can also submit your own events and view listings of other group's events.

TELL us what you think

We would love to know what you think about our website and how we can make it even better. Go to http://tinyurl.com/p5el8p7 to have your say.
