New name, approach for optimal health

SCOTT Wustenberg has put new life into his business, Optimal Life Chiropractic, after its name change from Body Tune earlier this year.

"We focus on patient lifestyle as a whole, for total health and wellbeing," Mr Wustenberg said.

The dynamic business owner hopes the name change reflects the business as a chiropractic clinic with a holistic approach to health.

"Optimal thought, optimal nutrition and optimal movement for an optimal life," he said.

Treating over 600 patients at the clinic alone, Mr Wustenberg says their are many easy preventive measure people can take to improve their health.

"People need to stand more - sitting is the most dangerous thing anyone can do for their health," he said.

The chiropractor and business owner said he originally got the idea while driving to work one morning, calling a branding consultant as soon as he could.

"It's about long-term health.

"I have a model for preventative health and wellness, not a band aid solution," he said.
