No kidding: South Australian police rescue Sandra
THEY say the life of a country police officer is never dull.
And this saying proved true on Saturday when Port Augusta police were tasked to deal with Sandra.
Sandra is wayward goat who has a reputation for her love of climbing, and that is precisely what she did when she found her self stuck on the roof of a house.
Police commenced "ne-goat-iatinons" to try to talk her down off the roof.
When that failed officers bought her back to earth using a make-shift ramp and a lasso fashioned from an old clothes line before safely returned her to her owner's yard.
