A 17-YEAR-OLD P-plate driver has been nabbed by police travelling at 130kmh in a 100kmh zone.

The Greenmount teenager was stopped on the Felton-Clifton Rd at 2.40pm yesterday and issued with $420 fine and a loss of four demerit points.
