Passenger unconscious after 'falling out of moving car'

A MAN suffered head injuries after he fell out of a moving car at Stanthorpe last night.

An ambulance crew were called to Sugarloaf Rd at 8.36pm.

A spokeswoman from Queensland Police Media said the man was a passenger in the vehicle and was unconscious after he 'fell out'.

Police are conducting inquiries into whether alcohol was a factor in the incident.

A spokesman from Queensland Ambulance Services said due to weather, LifeFlight transported the man, who is believed to be about 30 years old, by road to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.

Police left the scene about 10.20pm.
