Passionfruit cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 can lite Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 250g pkt of lite Philli Cheese
- juice of 1 small Lemon
- pulp from 3-4 Passionfruit
Method:
- Combine all ingredients till smooth. Pour into a tart case and refridgerate overnight.
- Can substitute passionfruit for any other fruit or similar to create a different flavour, i.e. 1cup frozen berries, 1 mashed banana etc.
The kids will love to lick the beaters after helping you make this yummy dessert.
