Perfect weather to soak up sun
IF the weather on Saturday could be summed up in one word, it would be glorious.
Three play-makers made the most of the sunshine and spent the morning at the Leslie Park playground.
Kaine Worth was visiting his father in Warwick and said although his home on the Gold Coast was much closer to the beach, Leslie Park was his favourite place to play.
Brittany Lawler said the highlight of summer was school holidays and having time to herself.
Tahlia Lawler said her favourite thing about summer was playing in the sun.
"It's hot and you can go to the park and go swimming," Tahlia said.
However, it seems rain may be on the horizon again, with afternoon showers predicted today with a minimum of 13 degrees and a top of 26.
