CRICKET: Nine centuries were scored and four bowlers took five wickets in an innings during the 76 games in the Condamine Sports Club Warwick Australia Day Cricket Carnival.
There were almost 100 performances where batsmen made a half century or bowlers took four wickets in an innings.
The highest score was 137 not out by Cameron Peterson for Badzy's XI on Friday.
Chris Malone scored a century on Sunday for Extreme XI which didn't include a two or three.
He hit nine sixes, nine fours and 11 singles in his innings.
Max's XI player John Cleary showed amazing consistency hitting 90, 66, 124, 60 and 81 for a tally of 421 runs to win the cricketer of the carnival award.
Nathan Roon from Goomeri had the best bowling of 6-25.
