Man's plates seized after third disqualified driving charge

A SPRING Creek man has had his car immobilised for three months after being charged for the third time with driving while disqualified.

Allora police said the 45-year-old man was pulled up near a service station on the southern outskirts of Allora at 3pm Saturday.

The number plates on the vehicle were seized by police.

Police said one plate on the car belonged to the vehicle and the other belonged to another vehicle.

He faces three charges; driving while disqualified, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving an uninsured vehicle.

The man is due to face Warwick Magistrates Court on February 3.
